What kind of payment methods does NuNanny offer?
We offer the following payment options in our online shop:
- Credit/Debit card
- Bank/Wire transfer
- WebMoney and etc.
You can choose a safe and convenient payment method in the Payment Method field on the product's order page after clicking the Buy Now button.
Can I pay by bank wire transfer?
Yes, you can use bank wire transfer. To make a payment using bank wire transfer, please do the following:
- Visit our online store and click the Buy Now button.
- Enter your data and select Bank/Wire transfer in the Payment Method field.
- Click Continue.
In a few minutes you will get all bank account details and an order reference number on your email address from our payment partner PayPro. Within this email you can finish your order by bank wire transfer.
I have lost my license/product key.
If you have lost your license key and had Nunanny Parental Controls on your computer, you can find it on the About window. Click menu Help > About to open the window.
You can retrieve your license key by writing to email@example.com from the email address you used when you made the purchase. We will send you the license ASAP.
Can I transfer my license to a new computer / new Windows OS?
If you got a new computer as a replacement for your old one or change your operation system, you can transfer your NuNanny to your new computer/operation system to stay protected. It is not necessary to purchase a new license. Simply move your license.
- Uninstall NuNanny. To uninstall, open the software and, on the menu File, click Uninstall.
Please note! If your old computer does not work anymore or you change your operation system, you do not need to uninstall the software from it.
- Install NuNanny on the new computer/ operation system.
- Register NuNanny with your license key.
What's your refund policy?
We have a 30-day money back policy for our products. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, please let us know within 30 days of your purchase and receive a full refund.
To get the refund, email to firstname.lastname@example.org from the email address you used when you made the purchase and describe the reason you are requesting a refund.
There are some non-refundable scenarios described below. Non-refundable scenarios:
- A customer violated the license agreement:
- The customer used his license on more computers, than it allows
- The customer used NuNanny in commercial environments
- The customer used Nunanny on the computer(s) he do not own or does not have permission to monitor
- A monitored computer does not have an internet connection
- A customer does not accept technical assistance
Please note, Nunanny has a 14-day free trail version. Please test the software before purchasing a license.
Can I use NuNanny in my Business?
No. We designed NuNanny Parental Controls only for non-commercial use.
For Business, we offer business solutions of our partner Hidetools. Hidetools have a range of products that are designed with the special needs of businesses in mind. They are all of the highest quality and have extra features and special license terms that business can't do without.
